The dress code varies depending on the type of concert:

• Daytime concerts: Elegant Smart Casual
• Evening concerts: Business Casual or Elegant
• Opening concert at Bratislava Castle: Cocktail Attire or Black Tie Optional
• Cruise aboard the Harmónia: Smart Casual – we also recommend bringing a light coat or jacket

If you are travelling to a concert by car, we recommend using one of the car parks in Bratislava city centre.

• Carlton Garage – convenient for concerts at the Slovak Philharmonic, St Martin’s Cathedral and Moyzes Hall
• OPERA Parking – convenient for concerts at the Slovak Philharmonic, St Martin’s Cathedral and Moyzes Hall
• Eurovea Shopping Center – 3 hours free, approximately a 10-minute walk to Moyzes Hall and a 15-minute walk to the Slovak Philharmonic
• Passenger Port car park – recommended for the concert aboard the Harmónia

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the concert begins.

Most festival venues are located in Bratislava’s historic city centre and are within easy walking distance of one another.

• Slovak Philharmonic → St Martin’s Cathedral: 5 minutes
• St Martin’s Cathedral → Bratislava Castle: 10–15 minutes
• Moyzes Hall → Slovak Philharmonic: 8–10 minutes
• Slovak Philharmonic → Harmónia boat: 5 minutes

There is no need to travel by car – central Bratislava is compact, and most venues are within easy walking distance.

The only concert outside central Bratislava is the concert on 16 October, held in the borough of Rusovce, approximately a 15-minute drive from the city centre.

We recommend staying in Bratislava’s historic city centre. Most festival venues are within a 5–20-minute walk.

All concert venues are accessible to visitors with reduced mobility.

• Vienna International Airport – approximately 45–60 minutes away and offering direct bus and train connections to Bratislava

Yes. Most concert venues can be reached by tram or bus, and many are also within easy walking distance in the city centre.

Slovakia uses the euro (€). Card payments are accepted at hotels, restaurants and concert venues.

No. An electronic ticket displayed on your mobile phone is sufficient.

A festival box office is available only for concerts with unreserved seating and is located just inside the entrance to the concert venue.

Photography, video recording and audio recording are not permitted during concerts.

Visitors arriving after a concert has begun may be admitted only at a suitable break or during an interval between sections of the programme.

Most concerts last approximately 60–120 minutes, including an interval where applicable.
